ACC provides a variety of billing and collection services to its clients designed to identify the most efficient method of liquidation. The president and CEO is a past President of the Associated Collection Agencies and former Director for the American Collectors Association. ACC is a member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. ACC’s philosophy is to provide a high quality billing and collection service while maintaining the utmost in customer service. In performing collection and billing account liquidation, ACC is sensitive to the negative effect of overzealous recovery efforts, and is aware and respectful of the rights of legally responsible relatives, guarantors and consumers. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Colorado Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. (CFDCPA) guides staff actions, ensuring that a positive public image of both the client and ACC is maintained.
